Please read the following return policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returning your items. Our policy varies slightly for domestic (Indian) and international customers.
Return Policy for Indian Customers
How to Initiate a Return:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by visiting our Returns Center or by emailing us at help@rangrachika.com within 2 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
We will review the reason(s) for your return request, and if approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address (reverse pickup may not be available for some pin codes).
Return Options:
We offer two options for returns:
- Store Credit: You can receive an amount equal to the value of the returned product as store credit in your Rangrachika account. This credit can be used for future purchases.

RazorpayX Refund: A refund will be processed after deducting Rs. 450 per product for shipping and bank charges. To initiate the refund, we will need the following bank details:
- Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Bank Name and Branch
Incorrect or Damaged Products:
If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or defective product), we will either replace the product or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
Return Conditions:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including but not limited to:
- BOPP bags
- Tags (must be attached in original condition)
- Boxes or tamper-proof bags
- Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged, soiled, altered, or not in their original condition.
Exclusions to Returns:
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Jewelry
- Dusshera Sale (Free Saree Sale) items
- Products specifically mentioned as non-returnable
- Items sold during clearance, festival sales, or discount events
- Luxe Collection products (except in exceptional cases, exchange only)
- Lehengas, Anarkalis, and Salwar Suits
Refund Process:
- Cash Payments: Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Return Timeline:
Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund or store credit within 10-15 days. If the return is deemed ineligible, we will return the product to you. The return process will typically be completed within 20-30 days.
Customer Responsibilities:
- If reverse pickup is not available for any reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Rangrachika to arrange a pickup.
- The return request will be rejected if the package is tampered with or not in its original condition upon receipt.
Excessive Returns or Cancellations:
- If more than 30% of your past orders have been returned, we may notify you that future orders will be processed on a non-cancellation and non-return basis.
- Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in the cancellation of the COD facility without prior notice.
Return Policy for International Customers
How to Initiate a Return:
International customers can return eligible items within 2 days of receiving the product. Please check the product details for eligibility.
To initiate a return, please email help@rangrachika.com with your request. Once approved, you will need to ship the items back to our address in Varanasi, India. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and in original condition.
- Custom Duties for the return will be borne by the customer.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Accessories (e.g., shawls, stoles, handbags, jewelry)
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Products sold during clearance, festival sales, or promotional events
- Luxe Collection items
- Lehengas, Anarkalis, and other specified products
Return Procedure:
Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the items to Varanasi, India at the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and Rangrachika is not liable for any damage during transit.
Refund Process:
After we receive the returned items and they pass our quality checks, you can choose to receive either:
- Store Credit for the value of the returned item.
- A refund to the original payment method, less a restocking fee of Rs. 1500-4000 per product.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us with photos of the item within 48 hours of receiving it. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement after evaluating the condition of the product.
Cancellation Policy
By Indian Customers:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing help@rangrachika.com. If canceled within this period, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours.
By International Customers:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing help@rangrachika.com. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be entertained. Refunds will be processed after evaluating the reason for the cancellation.
By Rangrachika:
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to limitations in stock, pricing errors, or issues identified during order verification. If your order is canceled, the amount charged will be refunded to your payment method.
