Shipping within India

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Courier Partners: We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, and FedEx for domestic orders.

Dispatch Time:
- For ready-to-ship items, we require 7-8 working days to dispatch your order due to the intricate nature of Indian wear manufacturing.
- Made to Order (Pre-Order) items may take 15-25 working days or longer to dispatch. We will ship these as soon as they are ready.

Delivery Time:
- After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3-7 days.
- We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you on time.

Partial Shipments: We dispatch items as they are ready, meaning if you place an order with multiple items, you will receive products in separate shipments.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details via email. If you do not receive a tracking update, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

Out-of-Stock Items: If there is a delay in dispatch due to out-of-stock products, we will contact you via email. You can choose to:
- Wait for the product to be restocked,
- Opt for alternate items,
- Request store credit, a refund, or an exchange.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, our customer service team will contact you within 1 working day to confirm the order.
International Shipping
- Shipping Method: We ship worldwide using DHL. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this period has passed, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Prepaid Orders Only: We only accept prepaid orders for international shipments. COD orders will be automatically canceled.

Dispatch Time:
- We require 10-20 business days to dispatch international orders.
- Made to Order (Pre-Order) items take 20-25 business days to be ready for dispatch.
- Shipping Time After Dispatch: After your order is dispatched, additional time will be required by our shipping partner (DHL) to deliver your order.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
- VAT, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be calculated and applied based on your country’s local regulations.
- The charges are not included in the order total at checkout and are to be paid directly to the customs or delivery partner upon arrival in your country.
- Our delivery partners may be authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer, and the customer will clear these directly with the courier upon receipt of the package.
